These terms apply to every order placed on camcornerbd.com, by phone, by WhatsApp or at our shop. By placing an order, you agree to them. CamCorner ("we", "us") is based at Shop No. 09, 1st Floor, Hafez Building, Mujib Sharak, Faridpur-7800, Bangladesh.

1. Products and descriptions

• We do our best to describe every product accurately. Photos are for illustration, and colour or packaging may vary slightly.
• We clearly label original DJI products and compatible / replica alternatives. Please check the product title and description before ordering.
• Compatibility: each product lists the drone or camera models it fits. If you're not sure, message us before ordering. We're not responsible for items ordered for a model that isn't listed.

2. Prices

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Prices and stock can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a mistake, we'll contact you before shipping. You can then confirm at the correct price or cancel.

3. Orders

• After you place an order, we may call or message you to confirm it before dispatch.
• We may cancel an order if we can't reach you to confirm it, if the item is out of stock, or if we suspect the order is fake or fraudulent. If you've paid anything in advance, it will be refunded in full.
• You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us.

4. Payment

• Cash on Delivery is available nationwide: you pay the delivery person when you receive your parcel.
• Other payment options, if available, are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

• We dispatch orders quickly, and delivery usually takes 1–3 days across Bangladesh. Delays caused by couriers, weather, holidays or other events outside our control can happen.
• Delivery charges, and any free-delivery offer, are shown at checkout.
• Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person (see our Return Policy).

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns, replacements, refunds and warranty are covered by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Camera rental (Faridpur only)

Camera and lens rentals are subject to separate rental terms, shared at the time of booking and on our Rental page.

8. Your account

If you create an account, please keep your login details safe. You're responsible for orders placed from your account.

9. Use of our website

You may not copy our product photos, descriptions or content for commercial use without our permission, or misuse the website (for example, by placing fake orders).

10. Limitation of liability

We're responsible for the products we sell, as described in these terms and our Return Policy. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, crashes, or using a product with a model it isn't listed as compatible with.

11. Privacy

We use your name, phone number and address to process and deliver your orders and to contact you about them. Like most online shops, our website uses cookies and analytics tools to work properly and to improve your experience. We never sell your personal information.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
